And for Audrey, it began through a baptism by fire. She tells with reminiscent appreciation of being pulled away from her law school aspirations to collect rent from families associated with her mother’s real estate and mortgage company. While hitting the streets and meeting people where they were, she learned that caring includes flexibility and variety when helping families through housing challenges.

It was through this real-world experience that Audrey gained a priceless education in the mortgage industry! Thirty-three years later, and with thousands of loyal and devoted clients, she is happily excelling at lifting people into the homes of their dreams.

Audrey is a sales leader at Guarantee Mortgage in Walnut Creek, California. She is involved with many mortgage associations and committees and teaches continuing education classes for loan originators.

During COVID, the mortgage world changed dramatically, affecting California housing laws in ways never-before seen. Audrey kept thousands of industry colleagues up-to-date with the onslaught of changes through a podcast she began co-hosting through CAMP. (California Association of Mortgage Professionals)

Growing up in San Francisco, Kevin Casey was always amazed over how people could afford some of the most expensive real estate in the world.

After working in accounting and finance for ten years he became a licensed mortgage professional. Now he shares the secrets to home ownership with hundreds of his clients, their friends, and families who have all been able to purchase their dream homes in San Francisco, the Bay Area and beyond.

Kevin is a top producing loan officer in the Bay Area and the country. He has built his business exclusively from the referrals of clients and colleagues. He is active in the mortgage industry though his membership in the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, where he began doing webinars for other Mortgage Professions and then just recently served as State President.

Equally important to keeping on top of industry trends, Kevin also cares about his clients. He is known for his creative, patient, and caring approach that allows his clients to purchase their dream homes, while simultaneously undergoing a loan process that feels smooth and stress-free.
